The Sam Mooneyham Youth Fund was established to provide scholarships and other benefits for the youth of the A.S.C.H.S.A.
Sam Mooneyham is an Arkansas State Championship Horse Show legend, having announced the show for 40 years. He continues to dedicate his time to the Arkansas horse industry.
